Outdoor Log Furniture Makes a Yard Beautiful

Planters like these look good in any yard!

Planning what to plant in your garden is one of the most exciting parts of spring. But when the sun comes out and the weather gets nicer, you’re probably also thinking about breaking out the patio furniture and putting together a comfortable outdoor sitting space to enjoy the warmth. Whether you’re using the latest modern lawn set or are a fan of outdoor log furniture, you’re going to want a get few extra accents to brighten up that personal space.

Decorating outdoors is a bit different than decorating indoors. Inside, the focus tends to be on the balance between furniture, lighting and home accents. Outdoors, you can get a little more creative with the layout. If you’re already planning to plant a vegetable or flower garden, you might as well incorporate other plants into your outdoor decor. A unique planter such as the Wagon Wheel Rustic Planter Stand gives you a place to display your favorite flowers and foliage while adding an interesting Western touch to the yard. Wagon wheel motifs on both the top and bottom of the supporting pole make this a truly one-of-a-kind outdoor accent.

With four hanging buckets arranged around the central wagon wheels, you get a lot of space to plant whatever you feel looks best in your yard or patio sitting area. Bright flowers contrast well with the weathered wood finish. Green plants and colored grasses draw the eye and are a good choice if you or a family member is allergic to flower pollen. You can also mix and match plants in unique combinations to create a beautiful yard accent that reflects your personal tastes.

Keep your plants on these planters!

Though wagon wheels are often thought of strictly as Western decor, you can use the Wagon Wheel Rustic Planter Stand in any outdoor style. Put it out in the yard as a standalone accent or incorporate it into your patio seating area for added beauty. Choose bright and inviting plants and you’ll have a charming outdoor accent that you and your family can enjoy throughout spring and beyond.

What a cool accent piece! I love to find planters like this, since we move quite often and I like to be able to easily take my planters with me. Sometimes we live in places where pounding the stake end of a Shepherd’s hook into the ground isn’t possible. We plan to add landscaping in the spring to the home we live in now, and I can totally see this accent piece at the corner of the house. It can act as a nice vertical visual breakup while providing just right rustic decor to the landscape of our home.

Megan – you can’t overlook the mobile quality of this charming design. It has wheels! I was admiring this again just yesterday and it struck me that it could double as a non-electric patio light. Hang some great looking kerosene lanterns or outdoor votives and you could instantly shed light on the party.
